Abby Easton is CASA Director for Clark County Juvenile Court's CASA Program. Abby previously held the position of Probation Officer for Clark County Juvenile Court for 13 years before transitioning to this new role in April of 2020. Abby has worked extensively with at-risk youth and understands the daily dilemmas that they face, making her an excellent advocate for this population.
Along with CASA, Abby oversees the Court’s Strengthening Families Program, which is a joint parent and children’s skills-training program that has been shown to reduce youth substance abuse, depression, and delinquency by training parents and their children in parenting and family relationship skills, pro-social behaviors, and alcohol and drug refusal skills. Additionally, Abby makes sure that the CASA program complies with our State and National Standards.
Abby is a 2006 graduate from Urbana University with a Degree in Criminal Justice. Abby is also certified in Trauma Informed Care- Level III, Certified in Mental Health First Aid, Strengthening Families Facilitator/Site Coordinator, as well as a Certified Training Facilitator for CASA Pre-Service Training.

Candice Jones is CASA Coordinator for Clark County Juvenile Court’s CASA Program. Candice previously held the position of Children Services Caseworker in Greene County for 2 years before making the transition to CASA Coordinator in December of 2023.
Candice is a 2022 Graduate from Franklin University with a master’s degree in criminal justice administration.
