Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers are community members from all walks of life. Our program offers comprehensive training and continued support. Volunteers then advocate for a child’s best interest in court.
These are local children who experience abuse and neglect. Many are in the foster care system.
CASA volunteers can make a life-changing, positive difference for children in our community experiencing abuse and neglect. A child’s advocate is often the one constant in their life.

Mission:
The Clark County CASA/GAL Program’s mission is to recruit, train and manage Court Appointed Special Advocates as they advocate for the best interests of children who are involved with juvenile court as a result of abuse or neglect. The Clark County CASA/GAL Program and its volunteers are dedicated to ensuring every child receives permanency in a safe, stable and loving home.
Vision:
The Clark County CASA/GAL Program’s vision is to provide advocacy, consistency and quicker routes to successful permanency for all children who have entered juvenile court as a result of abuse or neglect. The Clark County CASA/GAL Program is committed to the highest quality of advocacy through trained Court Appointed Special Advocates.
